PANEL FEATURES:

 

All of our wall and ceiling panels consist of polyurethane prefabricated industrial type cold storage sandwich panels with eccentric interlocking.

The polyurethane density of the panels is 42 kg/m³ (±2) and has a fire class of B3 under DIN 4102 conditions and B2 under TS 11989 ANNEX F conditions.

Hot-dip galvanized sheet metal, 0.50 mm thick and painted with polyester-based paint in RAL 9002 color code, was used for both surfaces of the panels. In order to strengthen the inner surface adherence of the sheet, a minimum of 5-7 micron epoxybackeoate was used between the polyurethane and the sheet.

Depending on the need and demand, we also have the alternative of CORNER PANEL application, which is one of the rare applications in Turkey and is produced as a single piece without any attachments for the joint corners of cold rooms.

 

HINGED COLD ROOM DOOR

 

40-42 density polyurethane was injected between two sheets without using any wooden material. It is 68 mm in normal cold storages and 92 mm in frozen storage warehouses. It can be opened from the inside when locked and its anti-panic handle is phosphorescent. Both sides of the standard manufacturing wing are made of PVC Sheet

 

ISOTHERMAL SLIDING COLD STORAGE DOORS

 

All doors are heat insulated and their inner and outer sheets are produced from RAL 9002 galvalume.

The doors are produced by injecting 42 density polyurethane insulation material at all points.

The doors have a safety mechanism that can be opened from the inside.

Door thicknesses are the same as the panel thickness in the application area.

Although there is no combustion product other than polyurethane filling inside the door, there are 6 special heat barriers in the frames.

The hinges on the swinging doors are of the rising and adjustable type, and as the door is opened, they rise and the friction with the ground decreases.

 

COOLER UNIT FEATURES:

 

Chillers are produced under the ISO - 9001: 2000 quality assurance system. All cooling equipment used in production are high-tech products with world-leading brands. Assembly is carried out using compensator machines with CNC technology. Our cooling groups are produced in accordance with European Safety Norms and have the CE label.

 

COMPRESSOR GROUP:

 

Hermetic and semi-hermetic or screw semi-hermetic compressors are used in our cooling groups. Compressors provide high cooling efficiency with low noise level and energy consumption under nominal operating conditions. Our compressor group is offered caged with RAL 7047 oven-painted galvanized sheet metal. Optionally, it can be polyester painted sheet and CrNi.

 

COOLER UNIT FEATURES :

 

Chillers are produced under the ISO - 9001: 2000 quality assurance system. All cooling equipment used in production are high-tech products with world-leading brands. Assembly is carried out using machines with Compancotler CNC technology. Our cooling groups are produced in accordance with European Safety Norms and have the CE label.

 

COMPRESSOR GROUP:

 

Hermetic and semi-hermetic or screw semi-hermetic compressors are used in our cooling groups. Compressors provide high cooling efficiency with low noise level and energy consumption under nominal operating conditions. Our compressor group is offered caged with RAL 7047 oven-painted galvanized sheet metal.

 

CONDENSER:

The air-cooled condenser consists of a triangular arrangement that provides the highest efficiency and optimized air flow, with a heat transfer surface inflated copper pipe and aluminum fins on them.

Condenser fans are high-efficiency axial fans of European origin and have an IP55 protected electrical box. The side and intermediate mirrors of the condensers are made of aluminum.

 

EVAPORATOR

 

Evaporators are produced in two ways: air-cooled and high-efficiency.

The heat transfer surface consists of wavy-shaped aluminum fins laid on a blown copper pipe bundle.

Evaporator fans are high-efficiency axial fans of European origin and have an IP55 protected electrical box.

Quality resistance rods were used for the defrost process, and since maximum efficiency and durability were aimed, the resistance rods were placed in copper pipes.

Fan and resistance electrical connection ends are collected in an IP55 protected plastic box with terminal blocks.

There is a system consisting of a By-Pass pan and a drainage hose to easily drain the evaporator defrost water.

There is also a pan resistance and a drain hose tail resistance added to the evaporator. The thermostatic expansion valve is shipped mounted at the evaporator inlet.

 

OTHER EQUIPMENT IN THE SYSTEM:

 

High – Low pressure protection pressure switch (Combined pressure switch)

Vibration sensors on the compressor inlet and outlet line.

Safety valve liquid tank.

Sight glass with humidity indicator.

High capacity dehumidifiers.

Ball valves that do not cause pressure drops in copper pipes.

Oil separator oil filter.

High and low pressure indicators on the outdoor unit for ease of service (manometer).

Liquid holder (suction accumulator).

 

DEFROST (AUTOMATIC MELT SYSTEM

 

The frost formed between the evaporator lamellae is melted by the heat produced by the electrical resistances. After the icing is completely defrosted, it is sensed by the sensor of the digital control system and the defrosting process is stopped. Thus, the system starts the cooling process again. Defrost frequency and duration can be adjusted according to the application. Our split type cooling groups vacuum the deactivated gas and evaporator. (pump-downsystem) Evaporator fans continue to operate during defrost.

 

PIPING:

 

All pipe systems consist of industrial type copper pipes produced for industry. Welded elbows are not used in pipes up to 11/8” diameter; the pipe is bent as a single piece. All welding work where required is carried out by certified workers using high quality welding materials. A sealing chemical specially produced for the refrigeration industry is used in all fitting connections.

ELECTRICAL POWER PANEL:

The electrical power panel consists of a safe and durable galvanized sheet metal casing and the equipment inside this casing, and is mounted on the cooling group unless otherwise requested. Our split type cooling group is produced with a ready-made electrical panel on the outdoor unit. Electrical equipment consists of materials with CE marking in accordance with European safety norms. WIRING AND TESTING:

 

Certified cables of appropriate diameter are used in all wired electrical connections.

The electrical panels of our split cooling group are tested in accordance with European safety norms. In addition, pressure nitrogen is given separately in the evaporator and condenser sections, it is subjected to a leak test and it is shipped with nitrogen.
